In his capacity as CCO, he is entrusted with designing and implementing a One-Intellect Vision & Business Strategy globally aimed at delivering unparalleled customer experience and maximising value realisation. Collaborating closely with the Products, Sales, Marketing and Operations, Govind ensures that business decisions are guided by customer insights, fostering a pervasive customer-centric culture across the organisation.

Bringing forth over three decades of profound expertise in the Corporate & Retail Banking Technology sector, Govind epitomises an unwavering commitment to elevating customer experience standards and driving customer-centric innovations. His distinguished career is marked by a proven track record of translating strategies into tangible business results, catering to top-tier banking clients worldwide. Before assuming this pivotal role at Intellect, Govind held positions at organisations like Citi, Polaris, and Mastercard. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
